This policy explains how RomReviewer handles information through bombitup.net and the BOMBitUP Android app.
Website Contact and Abuse Reports
When you submit the website contact form, BOMBitUP receives your name, email address, optional phone number, message, enquiry type, IP address, browser user agent, and submission time. This information is used to answer enquiries, investigate abuse, prevent form misuse, and improve the service.
Website contact submissions are automatically scheduled for deletion after 12 months. They may be deleted earlier when no longer required. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, identity documents, or unrelated personal information in a report.
Protection List
When you use the in-app protection feature, the app asks for a first name and mobile number so that number can be added to BOMBitUP's protection list. Version 5.0 states that the entry expires after two weeks. Submit only a number you own or are authorized to manage.
App Diagnostics and Device Information
The app may process technical information such as app version, Android version, device model and brand, device identifier, IP address, crash details, and feature activity. This information is used for diagnostics, fraud prevention, support, and service operation.
Analytics and Advertising
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and download-button use. The Android app may use Google services for analytics, crash reporting, app services, and advertising. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and Local Storage
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. The website stores your light or dark theme preference in browser local storage. Browser controls can clear or restrict these technologies, although some preferences and analytics may stop working.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to host, secure, analyze, and support BOMBitUP, or when disclosure is required to address abuse, protect users, or comply with a valid legal obligation. BOMBitUP does not sell contact-form or protection-list information.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect submitted information, including validation, request limits, and restricted administrative access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
BOMBitUP is not directed to children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child submitted personal information, use the contact form to request deletion.
Your Choices and Requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by using the contact form. Provide enough detail to identify the submission, but do not send passwords or one-time codes. You can also use the protection guide for number-protection instructions.
Changes
This policy will be updated when handling practices or service providers materially change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
