Terms and Responsible-Use Policy

By downloading or using BOMBitUP, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.

Consent Is Required

Use BOMBitUP only in a controlled test where the recipient has clearly agreed beforehand to the communication type, approximate volume, and timing. Knowing the recipient is not the same as having consent.

Prohibited Uses

• Harassment, intimidation, stalking, threats, retaliation, or unwanted repeated contact.
• Targeting strangers, businesses, public services, emergency services, or infrastructure.
• Attempting to disrupt a device, account, network, carrier, or third-party service.
• Sending deceptive, fraudulent, unlawful, or unsolicited communications.
• Submitting another person's details to the protection list without authorization.

Protection and Abuse Reports

People can use the BOMBitUP protection list and submit an abuse report through the contact form. Protection-list entries in version 4.10.1 expire after two weeks and apply only to BOMBitUP.

Service Availability

BOMBitUP depends on Android and third-party integrations. Features may stop, change, or become unavailable without notice. The project does not guarantee delivery, speed, uptime, carrier coverage, or compatibility with every device or country.

Downloads and Device Security

Review permissions and verify the checksum and signing certificate shown on the download page. You are responsible for deciding whether to install an APK and for maintaining the security and backups of your device.

Privacy

How the website and application handle contact details, protection-list information, analytics, and logs is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the app, website, or handling practices change. The effective date above will be updated when substantive changes are published.
